Purchase & Returns
I kindly request an order processing time of 1-2 days for polishing, inspecting, and packaging your order. Please understand that as a small, one-woman business, I cannot possibly keep all items in stock at all times. Because I am a one woman show, I am able to keep the prices low but the trade off may be extended ship times in some instances. If there is a longer delay than usual due to some unforeseen circumstance, I will contact you directly within 24 hours of the receipt of your order.
For all custom items, a processing time of 10 days may be required. If you have a tight time frame, please first contact me at email@example.com for an estimated production time for your desired item before purchase.
A tracking number will be provided to your e-mail address once available. Please expect an average shipping time of 2-5 days for North American orders and 7-14 days for international orders. THAT DIAMOND GIRL is not responsible for lost items if a wrong address is provided or in the event that a delivered package is lost or stolen. Please contact me immediately if your item arrived damaged or incorrect. Customers may file a return or exchange request up to 30 days after the day of delivery.
TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges are regulated by your country's policies and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom made goods are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, excluding the original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with your original order number and a brief description of the issue with your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
